Microscopic Image Analyzer is a deep learning based software. It is written in Python and covers the complete deep learning pipeline: Image labeling, neural network training and inference. MIA requires no coding skills or deep learning background and includes classification, object detection, segmentation and tracking. The software provides easy-access to state-of-the-art deep learning image analysis.
