With biotechnology engineering background and a PhD in Cell Biology and Microscopy, I chose to devote a lot of time and passion in computer-assisted microscopes and image analysis. Fascinated by the microscopic world, I always liked the fact that we can go a step further by detecting features in images and represent them as an overlay, creating a new and unique picture full of useful information. The beauty in this is that rigorous scientific data and art are not that far away…
Playing with multiple programs and code languages, I explored many methods to extract data from images of biological tissues, individual cells (immune cells, cancer cells, neurons, etc.), plants, various materials, etc.
I am now working as Sales & Application Specialist at DRVision Technologies to promote AIVIA software, offering very nice applications to speed up the analysis of microscopy datasets (artificial intelligence, segmentation, prediction, restoration, etc.)…
